The wolf would evolve because of the changes in the Earth. First off all, there would be more water because in fifteen million years, North America will have moved closer to the east of Asia. This will make the wolf have to grow bigger and stronger legs to travel faster in the water and better adapt to this drastic water change. They will also need bigger claws and teeth to hunt for fish. Because of this change in the wolf's body, the tail will need to grow to balance out the wolf so he can move easier. The wolf will also need to keep its night vision to see at night and its "fleshy paws" for better traction because of the cold climate. The wolf would also need to grow longer fur because it acts as an insulator to keep warm when the wolf travels in rivers and lakes. Wolves originated in Asia and some crossed the pleistocene bridge over to North America 700 thousand years ago. This is an example of separation because some of the wolves came to North America, and some stayed in Asia. Eventually, most of the wolves came to North America which is division because they could no longer interbreed with the wolves in America.
