The animal our group chose is the rabbit. Decades from now the sea level will increase. As that happens, the water will flood their burrows and homes. The rabbits will then have no home and will easily be captured by their preditors. To keep rabbits from becoming extict, they will need to evolve.
To reduce being hunted down and killed, they will need to be able to protect themselves. Over the years the structure of the rabbits' bones, will slowly transform. Their sholder blade will gradully grow up into a form of a wing. The rabbits' feet will also change over time. The toes of the rabbit will turn into claws to help them land and to catch their prey.
