the giant panda's diet consists 99% of bamboo. occasionally its diet contains small creatures. the giant panda's habitat is mostly in china, apart from zoos around the world. we think that in a few million years they will evolve into carnivores because the bamboo may run out and they will transfer their diet to meat products. we also think that they may evolve to have tusks in the lower mouth because it will make their change in diet easier to get food. they may also have a change in fur color; instead of black and white they may just have white fur, or just black fur. we think that part of china might get split up and some of the population of pandas will be on the part of china that gets broken off. they will become different from the pandas that live in china now a days. the new part of china will not have any bamboo and the pandas will evolve into the carnivores like we predicted. they will grow the tusks and start eating whatever animals they can find. then after a long time the two parts of china might come back together and then the pandas that evolved can't reproduce with the other pandas anymore.
