Description
Red pandas are slightly larger than a domestic cat. They have reddish brown fur, a long shaggy tail, and they have a waddling gait due to their shorter front legs. They also don't like water. Facts Red pandas have a wild population of less than 10,000. They have been threatened by habitat loss, poaching and inbreeding. They feed on bamboo leaves, lichens, plant roots, fruits, seeds, and acorns. Environment Live in forrest mountain terrains Habitat range includes Central China, Nepal, Myanmar (Burma), Bhutan.
