The Poison dart frog
Poison Dart Frogs, also called Poison Arrow Frogs, are carnivorous amphibians that are infamous for thier poisonous skin. This most likely is a result of thier diet of insects, which feed on plants. Its poison can kill many small mammals and humans. One species is capable of poisoning and killing ten grown men. Not surprisingly, this is the most poisonous frog in the world.
Poison dart frog adaptations
The poison dart frog will most likely heavily adapt in the future, as well as most other animals over time. We believe that its adaptations will make it better at hunting and better at protecting itself from predators. Here are our adaptations.
- The frog will become larger to eat bigger prey in the future. The frog has always been a very small creature, but in a harsher world in the future, size will be important.
- It will begin to grow teeth, serrated teeth, to chew up food harder to swallow.
- Our frog will have a ridged back to protect it from above and to make it harder to eat.
- Many animals have grown immune to the frogs' poison, so it will begin to produce more potent poison than before.
